Stonehaven is committed to helping our residents stay as healthy as possible. We focus on ways to maintain heathy Living. Our exercise routine targets the senior population and is geared to help maintain and improve their strength, balance and flexibility. Fall prevention is a big priority in planning our exercise routine.

- Mondays: SAIL Fitness Class
- Tuesdays: Balance and Strength led by Stonehaven staff
- Wednesdays: SAIL Fitness Class
- Thursdays: SAIL Fitness Class in the morning
- Thursdays: Peaceful Yoga in the evening led by Stonehaven staff
- Fridays: Balance and Strength led by Stonehaven staff
