We are a part of the Ebenezer family, which has been serving older adults for over 101 years. Ebenezer, which means "Stone of Help", was founded in 1917, by Minneapolis Lutherans to provide community-centered care for homeless older adults and others in need. Over the years, Ebenezer has evolved into beautiful, faith-based non-denominational communities which provide innovative choices for senior living.​ In addition, Stonehaven of Eagan is also affiliated with Fairview Services to give our residents the best options for doctors, clinics, and on-site care such as Therapy (Physical, Occupational, and Speech), Hospice, Dentistry and Podiatry. As part of of Fairview Health Services, Ebenezer is driven to heal, discover, and educate for longer, healthier and more meaningful lives.

We are a lovely new community with fresh, beautifully designed apartments that have wonderful natural lighting throughout. Our common areas are light and airy with a pop of color. You will find even our hallways are architecturally designed with attention to details creating an elegance next to none.

Staying Engaged

Stonehaven of Eagan's excellent activities program is designed for engaging our residents in things that they love to do. At monthly resident council, our residents have a say in the programming and socially distanced activities we offer. Art, entertainment, music, games, and happy hour - we have it all!
